Boca Raton Historical Society Hosts Annual Members Meeting & Reception

The Boca Raton Historical Society & The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum welcomed members, supporters, trustees, and community partners to Historic Town Hall on May 14 for the organization’s Annual Members Meeting & Reception.

The evening celebrated another meaningful year of preservation, exhibitions, educational programming, and community engagement while highlighting the continued growth and momentum of the organization. Guests enjoyed updates on recent initiatives, upcoming programs, and the Museum’s expanding role as a cultural gathering place in Boca Raton.

The Society also recognized important leadership transitions, including the installation of new Board President Jesse Cordoba and the service of Immediate Past President Denise Alman. New Trustees Christiane Head, Lisbeth Heggerick, and Julie Stagner were officially welcomed to the Board.

Attendees also enjoyed a special presentation connected to the Museum’s newest exhibition, The 14th Colony, and gathered afterward for a reception at Historic Town Hall.

The Boca Raton Historical Society extends its gratitude to all members, volunteers, donors, and supporters who continue to help preserve and share Boca Raton’s history.
