The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum and Festival of the Arts Boca are delighted to welcome back Summer Sips & Sounds for its fifth season.
Summer Sips & Sounds offers an intimate concert experience as guests gather inside Historic Town Hall to enjoy live music, refreshments, light bites, and conversation in a setting where history comes alive. It’s a chance to slow down, connect with friends old and new, and celebrate history through music.
This year’s series promises three memorable evenings inspired by America’s musical legacy:
- Thursday, July 2 — Celebrate America: 250 Years in Song Commemorate America’s 250th anniversary through beloved songs that have helped define our nation’s story.
- Thursday, August 20 — Timeless Standards: The Songs of the 1930s Step back in time with an evening celebrating the unforgettable melodies, style, and spirit of the 1930s.
- Thursday, September 17 — Seventies by the Sea Close out the season with a fun and nostalgic tribute to the sounds and carefree energy of the 1970s.
Each evening begins with check-in and refreshments at 6:00 p.m., followed by the performance at 6:30 p.m. Guests are invited to enjoy a pre-show social featuring wine and light bites before settling in for an unforgettable musical experience.
As we celebrate five summers of Summer Sips & Sounds, we are grateful to Festival of the Arts Boca for their continued partnership and to the many guests who have made this series such a success. Together, we have created a tradition that brings history to life through music and fosters meaningful connections within our community.
